   Worked in end to end life cycle IT-recruitment process. From sourcing, identifying candidates, calling, screening, documentation, interviewing until the onboarding process.  Keen Understanding of Technical Requirements and thorough skills of (Boolean/Concept) search strings.  Utilized many different candidate sourcing techniques such as job board searches Monster, Dice.  Worked on the Ciepal ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for recruiters, account managers and the HR. The ATS had the process life cycle features from sourcing a candidate till onboarding and timesheets.  Worked directly with US State such as State of Wisconsin, Utah, Mississippi, South Carolina and Nebraska and also the private customers such as CVS Health and Gainwell Technologies.  Well versed with W2 (with and without benefits), 1099, Corp to Corp Tax Terms working for Contract, Contract to Hire and Fulltime Positions. Worked with specific work authorizations for candidates such as US citizen, Green Card, H1-B, TN Visa. Constantly trained new joined trainees for their learning of end to end recruitment process.
