I know Maher from Meridium Days since 2012. When I first joined Meridium I got 2 major name apart from CEO, Bonz Hart and Maher was one of them. Maher is known for his strategic and value selling, global executive leadership, team building and this has helped to grow Meridium and later GE to develop business from Middle East to worldwide as a chief commercial officer. Maher has played important role for sellers to close mega deal using his value selling and leadership skill. Same time he believes in family culture and employee / subordinates worked under him loved him for his management style. I got a chance to close couple of mega deal in APAC region and his C-Level discussion based on value proposition skill has really helped us to close the deal. One of the rare quality I have seen in leadership to grow and develop top performer employee and I can say he has developed top performer team, team lead worldwide. Maher and his skill is unmatched and he is great asset for running any big size enterprise operation.

Maher Maamari was responsible for setting up the first offshore office for Meridium Inc. in Dubai and I had the privilege of being hired by him as one of the initial employees, hence my acquaintance with him spans over 17 years. I can testify that thanks to his relentless efforts, Strategic Leadership and Business Development skills – Maher expanded the regional client base from 2 clients to over 30 major customers in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Domain in MENA region including some of the giants in the realm like SABIC, Qatar Energy, Qatar Gas to name a few. His keen Business & Commercial acumen resulted in the expansion of the market for the Asset Performance Management (APM) Software into other regions with over 40+ customers in Europe alone. All this would not have been possible if it were not for his exemplary management skills, building successful & thriving teams from scratch. As Managing Director for the regions, Maher expanded the teams that comprised of commercial, consulting services and other supporting functions under him in a short span of time from 2 employees to over 65+ upto 70 employees. The highly successful & exponential growth of Meridium Inc in the Middle East, Africa & Europe can be attributed to his Executive Management abilities. Post-acquisition of Meridium by GE in 2016 his elevation to Global Chief Commercial Officer, a role he held until recently, is a testament to his tremendous success as a leader. The global commercial teams under him continued to overachieve financial results every quarter for GE Digital. He is highly respected by all of us who have interacted with him and have had the privilege to work under him. I would whole heartedly recommend Maher as a well-seasoned, trustworthy, and hardworking Executive with valuable expertise in guiding and leading organizations towards a path of growth and success, given a chance it would be an honor to continue to be part of his team.
