Projects undergone: MELTSHOP :- 2 No's of 20MT Induction Furnace, 1 No of 30 MT Arc Furnace, 1 No of 80 MT Isolated Sub-Station along with 6 No's of Mini-Substations, 7 x 14 mtrs Continuous Casting Machine, 30 MTPH Billet reheating furnace (Dual heating burners- oil & gas), Double staged Coal Gasifier, 20 lakh litre capacity Water complex. ROLLING MILLS:- Heavy Sectional Rolling Mill, Medium Sectional Rolling Mill sharing common Post Operational area(from Cooling bed to Bundling and Packing Unit), Light Sectional Mill along with Re-Bar & Garret Coiler. Role Responsibility :- Designing all the Civil Foundations and Structural Members by using AutoCAD & STADD Pro from the GA drawings provided by Suppliers and get approved by local structural consultant (South Africa Reputed Consultant). Executed all the Civil and Structural Activities on site and Planned the Timelines for Each work to get complete along with planning man-power resources, Material Procurement, Material Shipping Lineups , Finalizing Required Spec of Machinery (On guidance with respected field seniors) and also Derived CTC for PC. Projects undergone - 45MVA Power plant, 8 No's of 20 MT Induction furnace, 1 No of 25MT LRF and 2 no's of 3 Strand Caster 4x11 along with that one coal feeding underground hopper to supply Powerplant. Planning and Designing the Civil and Structural Members from the GA drawings supplied by Machine Manufacturers and making it feasible with our site condition. Formulating the Timeline for PC and executing the site activities to finish it within our derived deadlines.
