Supply Chain Management – Strategic level Formulate operational strategies on the basis of principals’ business forecast, research and analysis of the market. Formulate midterm, long term and short term strategies for branch operations. Supply Chain Management & Distribution. Cascade down country objectives to the supply chain team and respective branches and monitor to ensure targets are met and exceeded on a regular basis.
