OPD service director of the department of pharmaceutical services, I have been the unit manager of outpatient pharmaceutical services for the past 2 years and a charge of one of DSFH outpatient pharmacies before that.My responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1- quality improvement of outpatient pharmacy services provided by DSFH. And insuring the continuity of the departmental quality measures and further improvement. Additionally review the surveys provided by customers and their feedback on our performances. 2- assigned to evaluate the hospital’s full compliance with Saudi food and drug authority (SFDA) and ministry of health (MOH) rules and regulating. 3- oversee staff scheduling and development of the daily operational strategies. Currently; I am working on a new competency for outpatient pharmacy staff performance as well as staff recruitment.4- continuous staff education and providence of lectures and seminar at DSFH targeted towards new practice guidelines.5- policies and procurers review and development to ensure implantation of accreditation standards in pharmacies.6- departments risk and Inventory management.
