      I worked the business area Kongsberg Protech Systems within the Kongsberg Group.I started as a mechanical designer , but moved into the role as Hardware Lead CROWS after a short period. In this role I was responsible for all hardware related tasks within the CROWS II frame agreement*. The delivery product in this frame agremeent is the Konsgberg Remote Weapon Station. The system consists of mechanical, electronic and optical components. The role was closely linked to Configuration Management and, through working with them, I learned much about engineering change management. In the CROWS project all changes had to be approved by the client, which gave me experience in communicating directly with project client on a regular basis. In my role I reported to the Project Managment team.*CROWS II is the frame agreement for deliveries of Remote Weapon Stations from Kongsberg Protech Systems to the US Army.
