Working in a business were internet and especially domain names and trademarks are a big part creates new challenges almost every day since these areas are very changeable and under constant development. Mostly the clients are companies within the Nordic region but we do have customers in a about 165 countries meaning that I am used to work a lot with international clients. Ports Group offer solutions within the following business areas: Trademarks, domain names, tech and consultancy service. Since each business area is highly exposed to competition there are two key values that you must work with to build strong relationships with the clients. First and most important is the benevolence to help your client in the best way suited for them, this together with the second thing, which is building a strong trust between my self and the client are absolute necessary to be successful in both the client relationship as well as in my role as Key Account Manager.
