Margaret is a driven, highly capable analyst who always beats me to the office. Normally, the shorter nature of an internship coupled with the natural inexperience of college students means there is a limit to what they can do. I watched Margaret master several SEO tools and satisfy complex data requests, solving problems that would stymie a seasoned pro. She is efficient, motivated, and flexible with varied requests. She will no doubt be successful in whatever she decides to do.
