Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence (GAGE) is a nine-year (2015-2024) mixed methods longitudinal research and evaluation study. It follows the lives of 20,000 adolescents in six low- and middle-income countries in Africa (Ethiopia and Rwanda), Asia (Bangladesh and Nepal) and the Middle East (Jordan and Lebanon). GAGE is generating evidence on ‘what works’ to enable adolescent girls and boys to emerge from poverty and fast-track social change for young people, their families and communities. It aims to explore what strategies are most effective in transforming girls’ and boys’ lives at specific junctures in adolescence. Show less

Poland Tour is an independent in-coming tour operator to Poland, dedicated to making a variety of travel arrangements for the inbound traveller. As Product Manager I'm responsible for researching, contracting and negotiating with suppliers of local tourism services in order to create bespoke travel products for foreign travel companies. Being in charge of implementing marketing strategies, responding to current trade trends, I'm now successfully developing more and more valuable relationships with foreign travel companies. The diverse scope of tasks, ranging from writing creative travel product descriptions, designing and creating marketing materials and representing Poland's tourism sector at promotional events and travel trade shows, provides me with a great, in-depth insight into virtually every aspect of promoting a tourist destination abroad. Passion for the product is key for this role so luckily this one is a fantastic one to identify with. Show less

Austravel is a part of TUI Holiday group and a leading UK specialist in creating tailor-made travel itineraries to Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific. Having just returned from round the world travels which followed my Uni years this was the perfect timing to channel my wanderlust into an exciting career. Working there not only naturally developed my sales and creative organisational skills in an office environment, but also gave me a fantastic opportunity to explore the world Down Under during brilliant product training programmes in Australia and New Zealand - first hand experience at its best.
