  During this short time project of maturity assessment I investigated, compared and evaluated maturity of one of the biggest Swiss Investment Banks regarding IT management and delivery of services. The overall process of counting grades, making conclusions and providing guide for further improvement, was based on the interviews with different management and IT representatives.
