Although I was working with Magda only for six months, her proactive attitude and willingness to learn was visible from the very first day. Being an analytical mind with a creative outlook on life, Magda always looks for solutions and takes upon different perspectives easily, as a result, she delivers out-of-the-box ideas that she gladly shares with her colleagues. However, what makes her stand out the most is her meticulous approach to project management. She’s dedicated and well-organized. During our cooperation, I’ve assigned multiple projects to her and she delivered most of them beyond expectations. From my experience, Magda is a fast learner who persistently and deliberately steps out of her comfort zone to get engaged in a miscellany of activities, often out of her scope.
