Intern Horizon 2020 CoGov Project

Internship to support the IMPGT research team working on the H2020 projet CoGov on the topic of co-creation in the public sector in cooperation with other european universities. Diagnostic, organisation and conduction of interviews, transcription, coding and analysis, writing of research reports. At the same time I am writing my master's thesis on the topic of co-creation and the barriers and factors for success public organizations on a local level face. Intern Operations Standards, Efficiency and Projects

As an intern at the Operations Efficiency department, I was repsonsible for the internal communication about the team's projects concerning a more efficient use of fuel for Austrian Airlines aircrafts. Tasks: keeping our page on the intranet up to date, managing our other internal communication platforms, communication about completed projects on various channels, preparation of and participation in meetings, communication with other teams within the Lufthansa Group. As a part of a team of "young reporters" for an Austrian newspaper I participated in the media coverage of the Austrian presidential elections in 2016, and analyzed it from a new and younger point of view, I also had the chance to meet and interview the candidates.
