Her role as a training & learning manager, delivering tool/ system specific LIVE training sessions & user guides, quickly developed into a more widespread position whereby she was able to independently lead key client-facing projects from beginning to end. Developing detailed training programs & concepts Magda was also managing the materials collection, R&D as well as delivery of large-scale global projects for our clients.
