Magda has been Head of Marketing while I was the Head of Product for the Growth squads, so basically one of my core stakeholders. Working with Magda has been a fantastic experience. She is knowledgeable, committed, and ready to jump outside of her comfort zone and motivate her team to do the same whenever needed. One of the biggest challenges for Product Teams dedicated to Growth areas is often the distance in area of expertise between them and the Marketing Teams. Magda since day 1 has been able to identify this challenge and face it head on. The outcome has been a very functional collaboration between Product and Marketing, which lead to exponential and international growth for some of our channels, and assured us that we could invest our team time and work in the most efficient and effective way.
