The team training and motivation with high focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge and professional service, to develop excellent Up selling and cross selling performance. Strategic planning, decisions and taken actions based on data analyses brought us 40% higher sales with slightly lower traffic compared with previous years results. It was a great success for me to build a strong group of loyal customers, who appreciated received service, store appearance and positive atmosphere which was extremely important for me. These customers were coming back to check out the new collections, special promotions, discounts and for having fun during the shopping. I was using the KPI as one of the tools to keep truck and improve the results every day. With our ambition to be better and better, once my way of running store was fully implemented into procedures, we became one of the best performing store in Northern and Central Europe.Good school, time spent on team development and excellent store results helped me to promote two of my best employees to become a leaders in their own Desigual stores in Copenhagen. I’m taking it as a great success, satisfaction and a huge complement for my work, especially when I see that they keep up a good work. Another very important role of mine was to take care of a Visual Merchandising and the product management which was my strong side and job that I truly enjoyed. Keeping in my mind the importance of the product implementation and presentation to get customer attention. Analyses of product, sales reports, bestsellers, money making areas in the store was for me on top of my daily to do list, which helped me to take the right actions to improve sales and solve the problems.It’s nice and satisfying feeling to watch when your latest implementation and right planning starting to influence customers, drag their attention and after all, make more money.
