As an IP Portfolio Manager for the Sci-ty program, I am responsible for establishing and organizing the consortium's intellectual property portfolio for the two National Acceleration Strategies: - Sustainable City and Innovative Buildings (VDBI) and,- Digitization and Decarbonization of Mobility (DDM). I work with the President of the SATT Erganeo, the VPs of Université Gustave Eiffel, the Sci-ty's Director, as well as with the tech transfer teams of 15 consortium members and national coordinators of the two strategies. I will propose policies for managing the portfolio, ensure coordination with research programs, monitor the IP portfolio, and propose actions for optimizing costs and transferring intellectual property.
