Worked on various tasks in the field of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations and Assembly for the 2022 Stratospheric Balloon Campaign. - Wrote code for the barometer and fuel gauge used in the avionics of Stratospheric Expandable Balloons (SEB)- Developed an experiment from conception to launch in one week, to test the thermal properties of different materials in the Stratosphere- Conducted several drop tests before a qualification flight. Worked with a small team to improve the current design based on the test results. - Tested various circuits and electrical components- Was on the Operations team for 7 Stratospheric balloon flights in Timmins, Ontario- Assembled parts of the second generation batteries used in Zero Pressure Balloon (ZPB) flights (spot welding, electronic soldering, electrical assembly)- Wrote an assembly procedure for the second generation battery as well as a procedure to charge rovers- Gave interactive presentations to elementary, high school and university students on my path to the space industry and stratospheric balloons Show less
