I have gained expertise across a number of diverse industry sectors including Financial & Professional Services, Pharmaceutical, Property Holding, Retail and Manufacturing. I researched detailed Irish/US GAAP and IFRS issues facing clients and offered advice to clients on appropriate treatment in financial statements. I proactively liaised with other specialist departments (i.e. Tax and Risk Advisory) within Deloitte to ensure engagement and reporting deadlines are met. I also managed communications with other foreign Deloitte offices. I prepared and reviewed financial statements ensuring finalisation and sign off within filing deadlines. This has included transitioning financial statements for Companies Act 2014, FRS101 and FRS102.
