  -Can educate others about our land (aina) and some Hawaiian history Worked with 5 other peers to help take care of our environment by:- Planted and help restore the garden- Farmed the local garden on the plantation - Help others to buy and eat locally by hosting a garden to table meal, selling/providing produce + educating the benefits of eating locally!

  I was able to work alongside mentors like Dr. Kerrie and Mr. Scott as well as peers on the Student DEI Team at my school to vision the most Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive school we could imagine. We were able to propose ideas to admin and put all that talk into action by hosting events like an Open Mic. I am also a project lead for the Safe Space Committee to create a Peace Studio at my school.
