If you want to get something done flawlessly, she is the right person for the job (and she will have an excel or control app for that, no doubt about it)! Furthermore, she is a pleasure to work with because she always stays positive and remains committed and engaged even at the hardest times. She is someone you want by your side on the moments of celebration or when you are going through some hurdles. I was also able to evidence Maeglin's evolution from an exceptional single contributor to an amazing manager.
