Leave Management Department - HR Key Responsibilities: Computation of vacation leave entitlement (staff and labour) Updating the paid and unpaid leave vacations of each employees in Oracle JD Edwards Enterpriseone before monthly payroll cut off. Checking of company ticket eligibility; sorting the list as per nationality and destinations; deciding the travel dates for site confirmation; and sending the final list for company ticket group bookings Requesting for all company ticket leave encashment and photocopying of each labours’ documents. Printing and checking of all issued company ticket for any discrepancies on their names and destinations Sending of all tickets to respective sites and scanning their leave request for site record. E-Government Department - HR Key Responsibilities: Entering and monitoring of all visa applications (work and business). Printing and sending of all the issued visas to those in charge. Preparing the necessary documents for manual visa application for those inside the country and rejected online. Attaching of all the issued visas to the worker’s documents; sorting and filing it.
