I've had the pleasure of working with Mads, several teams i recruitment processes in TDC. Mads is an openminded, friendly and socialy clever consultant. He is seriuosly devoted to finding the rigth candidates and is strict to follow up. In an interview Mads has noked me of my feet more than once, and i mean that in a good way! He has ways to bring the hidden do's and don't to notice in a candidate in higher frequens than seen before in other recruitment partners i have worked with.
