Consultant and colleague to healthcare professionals participating in national digitalization of pregnancy journals- exchanged between hospitals, municipalities and general practitioner. With focus on business needs before IT, I work in a field who is very technical complex and the needs adverse. Responsible for restricted test in the Region of Southern Denmark involving around 50 healthcare professionals and 150 patients starting September 15 2021.Technical project manager; National project for home monitoring of pregnant women with complications. National agreement (ØA18) to be implemented in all hospitals by the end of 2021. Primary area of responsibility: Market coverage of fetal monitoring equipment, company dialogue with five companies, facilitation of side-by-side demonstration with participation of patient, technical and clinical staff. The project has been initiated including an EU-call for tender and is expected to end in 2021.Technical project manager; Geriatric toolbox (GERI). Collaborative project involving four municipalities, geriatric ambulatory at OUH and GPs. With a purpose to reduce emergency admissions by early intervention in the citizen's home. Primary area of responsibility: technical project management including supplier management of the telemedicine platform, coordination of technical efforts between partners and clinical needs, e.g. integration of telemedicine equipment and use of video for tele-consultation.
