Madita was the Solutions Consultant aligned to the UK Sales team (including myself) at quantilope. Put simply, Madita is one of - if not the - best pre-sales consultants I have ever worked with. Why? Three core reasons. Firstly, Madita's domain knowledge in market research, consumer insights, consumer behaviour - etc - is second to none. She has both a professional and personal passion for these topics and it really shows. Secondly, her technical & product acumen is top tier. She is the go-to person for incredible tailored demos, value presentations, POVs... at any stage of the sales process, Madita is a brilliant business partner to all stakeholders. Most critically, Madita is the definition of client-focussed. She takes time to deeply understand client objectives, challenges & needs and connects them with solutions and experiences that deliver real value. Her authenticity and integrity truly delights clients... I've seen it first hand countless times. Madita is a star and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any team looking to achieve above & beyond results.

I contribute to quantilope's value-based selling approach by proving market research and quantilope product expertise to potential new customers throughout the pre-sales process. Having moved from customer success / post sales to pre-sales, one of my key goals during conversations with prospects around the globe is to deeply understand their business challenges and to build rapport with them - a pre-requisite to introducing change to an organization.I strategize with prospects and createdcustom solutions based on quantilope's Consumer Intelligence platform to establish succcessful long-term partnerships incl. scoping 6-figure lincense agreements across software, panel and service needs. And to make the value of quantilope more tangible right from the start, I lead proof-of-value initiatives ranging from in-depth software demos, strategy sessions and research roadmaps, to onboardings, trial phases and the presentation of insights from pilot projects. Here's a summary of my key activities in 2022:• I spent 3 months in quantilope's London office to onboard the newly established UK Sales team• I joined more than 120 prospect calls (that's more calls than any other EMEA-based SC) • I lead more than 30 proof-of-value initiatives (that's more than any other quantilope SC)• I joined 4 conferences across Europe incl. a live demo at IIEX in Amsterdam

As a Research Consultant and part of quantilope's Customer Success team, I serviced national and international clients across industries like fashion, E-Commerce and B2B SaaS Software. Not only did I managed market research projects from end-to-end covering conceptualization, management, controlling, analysis and results presentation but I empowered clients to self-sufficiently run their projects leveraging quantilope's Consumer Intelligence Platform. I also took on the role of an Agile Business Owner which gave me the opportunity to plan and conduct workshops for my team and support with optimizing internal processes. Some of my personal research highlights:• developing a regionally optimized portfolio strategy for a German brewery based on a TURF analysis• supporting a German cheese manufacturer with developing a new brand campaign based on an implicit association test and implementing and automated campaign tracking aligned with their media plan • supporting an international e-ecommerce retailer with conceptualization, setup and implementation of an automated CSAT program inkl. an automated key driver analysis in more than 20 countries

I continued to work part-time at Ipsos while studying full-time for my Master‘s degree in Psychology. During my time as a part-time employee, I supported the Director Innovation with piloting new research methods like fMRI, EEG, Implicit, Voice and Text Analytics. To assess if and how these methods could add value to Ipsos‘ solution portfolio, we conducted several research-on-research studies together with start-ups as well as academic partners, published whitepapers and presented our findings in the Innovation area of the biggest German market research trade-show.
