I had the pleasure of working with Madison Uva from January 19 to June 8 of this year where she reported to me as a recruiter coordinator. This was a new role for the team and Madison did an excellent job creating trust and building a rapport with everyone she worked with. She supported a team of senior recruiters by posting jobs in our applicant tracking system and on niche job boards, screening applicants, initiating reference checks, scheduling phone screens and interviews, and making offers to final candidates. In addition, Madison was the coordinator for our summer internship program where she successfully hired over 40 new interns from areas across the country, and was instrumental in planning events and logistics for the 12 week program.
