I first met Madi when she was a student Peer Advisor in our office and then she returned, first as a Graduate Assistant and then was hired on as a full-time Academic and Career Coach. I'm proud to have Madi on our team. She's a fast learner, patient with students, and a fun teammate. Madi has taken over the Freshman Group Advising project (something that I previously managed) and streamlined it for a better experience for both advisors and students. She is eager to jump in and help wherever needed and is a positive person that is a great influence on our team and our students. In addition to her advising and coaching role, Madi has taken a leadership role in our office's Social Committee to keep us all positively engaged and connected, even during busy and stressful times.
