  I’ve managed hundreds of girls at times. Job duties consist of:•Creating & Directing a try out routine. •Coordinating a public try out.•Determine Varsity and Junior Varsity teams at the middle school level. After the teams are split, I create and direct more performance dance routines and coordinate a performance date for teams to publicly provide half time entertainment at sporting events.

  Focusing on the Special Education needs in Othello School District, I used my Washington State Emergency Substitute Certifications to teach in multiple classrooms, ages preschool to 12th grade. I learned classroom management, how to create/prep for lessons plans, IEP’s, etc. My favorite aspect of being a substitute teacher was the relationships I created with the community through children. It has helped in my current position with the City of Othello tremendously, plus it is always a joy to see past students with their family & different social elements outside of the classroom.
