It’s commonly said that co-workers are the best part of the job and I’m very thankful this was the case at SVA. When it comes to ERP consulting, Maddie is an engaging trainer, brilliant security expert, and truly reliable resource all while bringing true optimism to the team. Just like with any software implementation, change is extremely difficult and requires tenacity to stick it all the way through. In the aspect of training clients on the software, I have personally seen even the toughest clients become relaxed, engaged, and on board the conversion process after a few education sessions. With an easygoing, confident tone and plenty of system knowledge, most sessions appear near effortless for Maddie. Serving as the resident security expert on our team, Madison did a phenomenal job when gaining needed requirements, disseminating them into tangible plans, and then executing in the building of user roles or other security aspects. Finally, Maddie excels with keeping a fun, positive, and engaging team atmosphere while being a pleasure to work with. Eager and willing to assist even when already at full capacity of work herself, it makes Maddie a dependable and knowledgeable resource for any team.
