André W. Thom, J.D.

Madison displayed incredible work ethic and determination when she was President of the UND College Democrats student organization. She leads by example when faced with adversity and shows genuine appreciation towards her colleagues. Madison will be a valuable leader in any company or non-profit organization.

Jennifer Williams

Madison and I worked together at US Senator Kent Conrad's Office. She was one whom I counted on in the office and my go to person. I would highly recommend her for any position involving spunk and stamina for projects. She also has great people skills.

CAEP brings young adults together from all over the world to share and learn ideas, beliefs, and agricultural practices through international paid agriculture exchange programs. Our vision is to interconnect our world peacefully through our paid agriculture exchange programs in order for our exchange visitors to identify themselves as world citizens transcending from any geographical, cultural or political borders. For over 30 years, CAEP has given young adults an opportunity to experience the world and gain the confidence they need to prepare themselves for their future in agriculture. Through our agriculture exchange programs, rural families and agricultural operations also have a unique chance to be touched by other cultures, resulting in lifelong friendships. Show less
