I have been privileged to take part key projects including;- Assisting the Director of System Development with the implementation of the LGBTIQA+ Project Lead role at the Mental Health Commission. - Leading the design and implementation of the compulsary 'Lived Experience 101 Training' to promote organisational readiness for the Lived experience workforce entering the Commission and to encourage best practice Lived Experience engagement.- Leading, and faciliating the co-design of the Lived Experience Networking Event May 23 Event alongside 9 Lived Experience advocates.- Leading the co-design of the Development of the Lived Experience Staff Network.
