  At the New England Aquarium, I volunteered over 250 hours in the Education department as a Visitor Educator. In this role, I was able to pursue my passion for teaching and environmental science by educating, communicating, and collaborating effectively with a diverse population of visitors and staff at exhibits. I was also able to study marine biology in depth from a knowledgable staff of marine biologist to accurately convey information to visitors and other volunteers and interns.
