Coordinated with government partners at VA Central Office and VA Medical Centers to drive program development and system-wide adoption. - The development and national launch of the Military and Veteran Caregiver Journey Map with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in partnership with a leading health technology company; - The rollout of low-cost internet services and digital literacy training for veterans and caregivers in partnership with two major broadband providers in 12 cities nationwide; - Hidden Heroes Cities program rebrand, restructure, and expansion in partnership with a national telecommunications company to include mapping of caregiver needs for evidence-based intervention.

EU Study Tour and Internship Program

  Received a grant from St. Lawrence University to participate in a selective program for undergraduate and graduate students from universities across Canada to travel to EU institutions, related NGOs, thinktanks, Canadian embassies, and lobbying firms in six cities across northwestern Europe. The tour included 81 sessions with European Commission, Parliament, Council (3), Central Bank, Investment Bank, Committee of the Regions and External Actions Service employees and representatives. In addition, there were in-depth sessions with diplomats from Canada, Russia, Turkey, and the EU along with lobbyists and members of European NGOs. Topics ranged from the Eurozone debt crisis to trade negotiations to human rights to environmental regulations.
