My role is to lead and oversee every aspect of the Edmonton Retail location from people, operations, and marketing. Responsibilities - Lead, coach, train and develop a team of 13 Brand Concierge, Senior Brand Concierge and Key Leaders. - Resolve emergent customer issues and escalations to ensure customer retention and positive brand associations. - Utilize retail and brand tactics to achieve the store’s objectives and maintain KPI’s including sales, returns, conversion, AOV, payroll budget, and store & employee NPS. - Oversee merchandising for the store by employing strategies that highlight new launches, align with company priorities, customer purchasing trends and inventory levels. - Manage store operations including backroom planning, inventory intake and counts, POS/Systems training, and e-commerce fulfillment accuracy.

The document also included opening and closing procedures, a guided framework for sales floor performance and stockroom organization standards. - Using google workplace platforms was able to develop documents that can streamline the execution of store-based task management through accountability measures and keep track of inventory as needed. - Wrote Copy and Product descriptions for weekly launches in order to supply customers with brand aligned key information about the features, styling advice and advise on proper care instructions for the apparel. - Attended three buying appointments for Holiday 2022 and Pre-Spring 2023 seasons and was able to observe communicative strategies and purchasing approaches for a specific clientele.
