  Being a Mediator, I facilitate conflict resolution sessions between disputing parties and I stand as a neutral party. The Mediation process often includes elements communication coaching, conflict coaching, team building, trust building, and determining concise steps of action to improve those skills. It is those pieces of the mediation puzzle that I enjoy focusing on. My work as a Mental Health Consultant includes systems navigation, mental health coaching, and mental health education. As the climate of our world is easing it's way into mental wellness positivity, I'm very happy that I'm able to help guide and support people on their mental and emotional journey. As an advocate for change and inclusivity I work to end the stigma and discrimination through discussion, social media and any other ways I can.
