Madison was my first manager while beginning my professional career at age 21. I could not have asked for a better mentor and role model. I was lucky to have worked under such a strong female leader. She single handedly rebuilt our sales team with her dedication and well thought out management tactics. Madison has shaped me into the sales representative that I am today. She taught me to be bold and confident yet also empathetic and attentive. She worked with me daily on training opportunities and always upheld an open door policy for anyone that needed additional coaching. Under Madison’s leadership, I won Rookie of the Year within my first 6 months at the company and earned a spot in the top ten sales consultants for fiscal year 2018. None of this would have been possible without her willingness and determination to make me better every day. Although I am saddened to no longer be under her management, I am thrilled to see what she achieves next.
