In November 2021, I was elevated to lead full-cycle provider recruitment efforts for the world’s largest provider of EAP programs – providing services to 56K+ organizations that cover 127M+ individuals across 190 countries – from contract to activation. In this role, I source new providers through Google Search, LinkedIn, and other provider referrals.I also manage negotiations, scheduling, and reimbursements in compliance with company guidelines and procedures. Key Achievements:✦ Built and currently manage a robust pipeline of high-quality providers for ComPsych’s EAP, managed care, and specialty networks. Identified, screened, recruited, and contracted ~15 prospective providers.✦ Conducted on-site interviews for 2 large account projects, Charles Schwab and CSU. Partnered with cross-functional leaders on other aspects of project management.✦ Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all provider new hires by serving as a point of contact and cross-referencing missing information.✦ Improved outreach response by instituting change from phone to email outreach.
