  Engineered and managed projects for clients mainly in the petrochemical and power industries. Worked on various multi-million-dollar EPC projects such as STI Fly Ash Facility Tampa Florida, biofuel energy project for NewPage Wisconsin, Municipal Solid Waste project for Viesta Arizona and combined cycle power plant for LADWP in Los Angeles California, LS Power 700 MW Combined Cycle Power plant Bosque County, Whitney Substation, Ethychem Fuel Grade Trinidad, and FPL 75 MW Solar Thermal Power Plant. Primary responsibilities include: Supervised project-oriented activities according to the company's procedures; Prepared FEED report, Technical Notes, Concept Report, Basis of Design and Design Criteria; Designed piperacks, equipment foundations, Blast and Non-blast Buildings; Directed work of other engineers and drafters; Reviewed Geotechnical investigation reports, shop drawings and vendor drawings; trained graduate engineering trainees and junior engineers. Designed steel columns, anchor bolts, base plates, spread footings, combined footing and piles for various pipe racks, modules, reactors, stair towers, steel platforms, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers, Centrifugal pumps, and other industrial equipment.  Worked effectively and collaborated technically with clients, vendors and management; Analyzed and designed steel / concrete process structure and equipment foundations; Carried out engineering investigations, feasibility studies, preliminary designs, cost estimations, detailed designs and prepare associated reports, calculations, specifications etc.; Provided modular design, lifting and transportation analysis for steel structures; Identified the internal/external customers in any work undertaken, determined and agreed their requirements, and ensured that output to them meets the standards; Ensured all work undertaken is checked and approved in accordance with the company's quality system; Provided input to the preparation of work proposals and work drawings.
