  Madi is a Project Manager and Analytics Lead for State of Play (Slate Advisory's research engine), responsible for conducting analysis on innovation strategies that are driving the global resources industry. Madi led the 2018 benchmarking research project, in which she developed a method for correlating investment data with innovation performance. The results were utilised by a number of mid-tier mining companies in their strategic decision-making processes. Most recently, Madi authored the State of Play: Electrification report, a deep-dive into the clean energy transition currently challenging the mining industry, of which the Electric Mine Consortium was born.
