Community based & community led initiatives is the main approach and, at VNV we wore multiple hats on this front. Where necessary, we funded pilots which showed potential in addressing pressing social problems and could reach scale. VNV helps in developing and managing programs with the implementation partners and, also leverage its expertise in developing financial models to ensure stable long-term financing of the initiatives by involving components of value creation & social entrepreneurship.
