Working as an Intern under Madhurima ma'am has been an experience I shall treasure for a lifetime. This internship has helped me grow tremendously in the professional as well as personal fronts of my life. Madhurima ma'am is an amazing mentor and guide. She always encouraged and welcomed our questions and provided us with ample resources to further dive into the depths of topics. My favourite instances in the entire internship were our discussions which revolved around coming up with latest improved strategies to help clients or trying to review the mental health issues faced in the current times of post pandemic. I always looked forward to Thursdays as working under ma'am in Marga always made us feel fulfilled because we learnt something new and productive every week. A huge thank you to ma'am for creating such a positive and productive learning environment for interns. It was definitely an experience that has set high standards for me for all my future seniors and the work environment they provide us.

In a world where a subject as abstract as Psychology is easily butchered by teachers, Madhurima Ma'am does an impeccable job of breaking down complex concepts in a way that you almost never forget them. I went from having a vague idea about several topics in Psychology to cracking 2 out of the 3 entrance exams I took for MPhil Clinical Psychology. This was only possible because of her guidance and the way she taught the subject and helped me prepare for the entrance exams. Today, I am an MPhil Clinical Psychology trainee at the Institute of Psychiatry in Kolkata. I never thought this would be possible but I guess when you are lucky enough to find a teacher like her, good things happen :)
