Madhuri and I worked together at a time of significant change and she was key to ensuring that things operated smoothly throughout this time. She always keeps a close eye on industry developments, and ensures that the learning experience of volunteers (and others) is tailored to their needs. At the Scout Association she was able to influence the mindset of our volunteers, persuading them to embrace modern, flexible and innovative learning methods, and gradually moving them away from more traditional approaches. She is excellent at building relationships with stakeholders, whether they be end users, other teams or different organisations. She is constantly on the lookout for fresh approaches and solutions, and takes an open-minded approach to her work. She's also a great person to work with - positive, efficient and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Madhuri brought fresh thinking and a new approach to a challenging project. Redesigning learning and training for over 160,000 volunteers taking into account generational differences and a volunteer led system that spanned the UK. Madhuri worked effectively with a huge range of stakeholders to design a user centred programme of blended learning that empowered volunteers to learn skills and knowledge when it was convenient for them but also gave them the confidence to undertake their roles.
