  Responsibilities Bulk Hiring For BPO/KPO ✓ Handling a team of 7 members – Goal Setting, Weekly Hurdles, ✓ Performance KPI Reviews ✓ Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs ✓ Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Shine, Naukri, and social networking tools. ✓Screening resumes Recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level. ✓Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering ✓ Also taking care of walking and face to face interviews ✓ appropriate company assessments Performing reference and background checks Making ✓ recommendations to company hiring managers ✓Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved ✓ Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Completing timely reports on employment activity ✓ Taking care of team members and also helping them with good references and data base which can help them to achieve daily targets. ✓ Also doing fun activities, outting to keep healthy environment where team members can love to work more effectively ✓Also taking a training / refreshal session for new commerce to make them more polish for hiring ✓Also taking care for new recruits interviews , followup, till they join ✓Taking care of documention of new member of recruiters end to end Show less
