  Key Duties:• Checking the incoming paint material and verify manufactured date, expiration date, batch no. & other identifying data.• Monitoring field atmospheric weather condition.• Carried out visual inspection of steel substrate as per ISO BGAS regulation, prior to painting application (surface- preparation)• Checking the temperature of steel substrate, ambient temperature, and dew point & relative humidity. • Checking of wet film thickness with comp gauge (WFT) during paint application and dry film thickness (DFT)• Preparing the daily painting report and weather report.• Checking of salt test, chloride test & adhesion test.• All the day to day inspection activities carried out and coordinate with client• Executing the Blasting and Painting works as per Project Specification.• To carry out the specified work for Steel Structures, Flanges Faces & bolt holes, various Tanks (Internal/External) Valves and related components. • Executing the Blast cleaning , Power tool, Hand tool cleaning and Paint application methods • Measuring the ambient Condition before and during the blasting and painting application.• Inspection of surface preparation equipment & Cleanliness of Compressor.• Co-ordinate with QC during Inspection.• Correct Implementation of the activities for resolving Cases of Non-Conformity.• Co-ordinate with Clients and QC Inspector on daily basis resolves any Quality issues.• Maintaining good relationship with Clients and Managements to provide Support and Services.• Dedicated to Safe and Environmentally Compliant Work Practices.• Performance & Maintaining Quality of the work done according to the Quality Assurance of the Company.• Reviewing safety requirement for Abrasive Blasting, Painting & work permit system at process areas in the Plant.
