I could go on and on about Madeline's qualities, talent and passion, but what makes her distinctive, even among the elite, is that she knows how to deal with adversity and how to lead others through challenges. Maddie cares about her alma mater, the School of Communication at Illinois State University, and actively supports current students.

What a joy to work with! Maddie worked for Naperville 203 as a summer college intern. Her professionalism and skills got her selected over about 50 candidates. Maddie brings a positive attitude to everything she encounters, even if it’s something she’s never done before! Many of the projects she completed over the summer were seen by thousands and used professionally. She created a logo to be used for a nation-wide event, an infographic to be used by Human Resources, assisted on a mailing sent to thousands of residents, posted on the District’s social media accounts (even initiated a well-received campaign) and updated various section on the District’s website. Maddie’s enthusiasm is contagious to all who work with her. As a college student, she had the challenge to not only learn in her internship, but be a mentor to a high school student as well. The two became fast friends and grew together in their skills. I highly recommend Maddie Rose and would love the opportunity to hire her again. She is a well-rounded communicator and brings skills anyone would be lucky to have on their team.
