Bio
Joseph Mole, AIF®
I had the privelege of working with Madeline Troche Rodriguez during my tenure at the Latino Policy Forum (formerly Latinos United). During the time we worked there, the organization was in a state of transition, and Madeline proved to be a stabilizing force within the organization. She was always dependable, always professional, and continuously rose above the challenging circumstances the organization was facing, all while managing the programs that were the core of the organizations' mission. Based on my positive professional relationship with Madeline (now Dr. Troche-Rodriguez), I have utilized her as a speaker on social issues facing the Latino community in Chicago in my volunteer work with college groups using the Cify of Chicago as their classroom. I can, without reservation, wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Troche-Rodriguez as an outstanding professional and a committed community activist and academic.
Rebecca Burwell
Dr. Troche-Rodriguez is an excellent researcher, sociologist, and community activist. She is thorough, efficient, and an engaging critic of popular culture and social issues. She is collegial and good at mentoring. I consider her work ethic and strong teaching skills at a level to which I aspire.
