Maddie is a wonderful and talented employee. We've known each other since high school and have worked together at the YMCA while she was a fitness coach. It's an absolute joy to work with someone like Maddie who is wholeheartedly invested in their work and genuinely cares about the people surrounding her. In the time that I worked with her, she was working towards her certification as a personal trainer to further extend her knowledge to the members and patrons of the Y. Upon reaching her goal of obtaining a personal trainer position, her determination has not diminished. She always puts pride into her work and any employer would be lucky to have her.

Within this role I also serve on a safety committee. In my role with working on the Pediatric Weight Management team I perform assessments on children with obesity, working with a collaborative team to over time reduce BMI in children with obesity, lessening their risk of disease later in life.
