The BBC Make it Digital Traineeship, is aimed at young unemployed 16-24 year olds. Giving them great digital and employability training. I have developed this traineeship and I manage the partners involved, overseeing nationwide delivery through our network of training providers. The wonderful CDM Apprentices graduated in Sept 2014 and are now working in the BBC and wider industry, whilst my brilliant PC Apprentices graduated in January 2015 and are really making their mark as PMAs and PCs in the BBC and Indie sector.
