Dr. Altabe was one of my professors at the University of the Rockies. She was encouraging, uplifting, and created a learning environment that spoke volumes of; You Will Not Fail . The information that Dr. Altabe injected into the classroom week after week , was priceless. When they say knowledge is power they must have had Dr. Altabe in mind. I would recommended her to any student who was willing to learn.
