  As a food server, communication is key in order to be successful. It is my responsibility to effectively communicate between myself and the guests to ensure their needs are being met first and foremost. Multi-tasking is required through all aspects of the restaurant industry, but especially within serving, and through my experience I have become so aware of the skill required when serving multiple tables at once. Even though they can all be at different stages of service, it is important for me to maintain immaculate service beginning at their first few steps into the door, up until they are leaving their table and I am inviting them back again soon. Most importantly treating the guests tailored to their preference. Always anticipating their needs before they even have to ask, and leaving them with an incredible experience so that they are already planning their next visit!
