  As an intern at Neema House, I worked closely with nannies who only spoke Swahili. The Neema house is an orphanage located in Arusha, Tanzania. As an intern, I cared for young children ages 0-3. Despite the language barrier and cultural differences, I was able to learn from this experience and gain a greater appreciation for this opportunity to journey to another country.
